10 Days. Our dumpster rental period is 10 days. This way you get at least one weekend to complete your project after work or with help from family and friends. If you need more time, you can extend your rental for $10 per additional day.
Due to weight limitations, we don’t typically accept concrete or dirt in standard dumpster rentals. However, if informed in advance, we may be able to accommodate your needs with special arrangements.
Here’s a quick guide:
20-yard: Small cleanouts or yard projects.
30-yard: Medium renovations or larger cleanouts.
40-yard: Construction or large-scale projects.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability. Same-day or next-day delivery may be possible depending on your location and our schedule.
No, as long as you provide clear placement instructions, our driver can handle the rest. For pickups, ensure the area is clear of obstructions.

A roll-off dumpster is a large, rectangular container with an open top, designed for various types of waste. We deliver the dumpster to your location, you fill it with debris, and we pick it up when you’re done. It’s perfect for projects like renovations, cleanouts, or construction.
We offer the following sizes to accommodate your needs:
20-yard dumpster: Ideal for small to medium projects, like home cleanouts or landscaping.
30-yard dumpster: Great for larger jobs, such as major renovations or roofing.
40-yard dumpster: Best for construction projects and large-scale cleanouts.

Permits may be required if the dumpster will be placed on public property, such as a street. Check with your local municipality, or contact us for guidance.
We charge up to $60 per additional ton over the included limit.
We deliver your dumpster to the specified location and ensure proper placement. When you’re ready for pickup, call us to schedule the date. While we try to accommodate time preferences, pickup times depend on the driver’s route.
Ensure a flat, accessible area with at least:
20-yard dumpster: 22 ft. long, 8 ft. wide, 4 ft. tall.
30-yard dumpster: 22 ft. long, 8 ft. wide, 5 ft. tall.
40-yard dumpster: 22 ft. long, 8 ft. wide, 7 ft. tall.
Leave enough clearance for the delivery truck to safely maneuver. No low hanging wires or branches.

Just once per rental, but don’t worry! If you need to keep going, we can swap it out for a fresh dumpster with a simple dump-and-return service. Keep in mind that the pricing will reset with each swap.
